Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Please check the packaging and the eggs immediately upon receiving your order to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
- 2.Report Issues
If you notice any breakage or quality concerns, notify our delivery partner immediately or contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receipt.
- 3.Provide Proof
Share a clear photograph of the damaged product and the batch number printed on the carton via our app or WhatsApp support channel.
- 4.Resolution
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement in your next delivery slot or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
